Your cam lobes are upside down. Everything else was correct though

The cam gear is also incorrect. The smooth side with marks should be facing the kick start side of the four wheeler.

turn it 180 so the valve cover will fit so the Gray silicone does not dry

Haha u also have the cam lobes facing up......that's 180° the wrong way

Got a question man. I took mine apart to change out the timing chain. I noticed my sprocket is the same as this guys in the video. The dot on the sprocket is up and so are the lobes. Mine ran fine like that. How could it run fine backwards? I bought mine this past summer so none of the previous work was my doing. I need to set it in time and want to do it right. Just seems weird it would run fine with the lobes the exact opposite of how its supposed to be.
