Cal played a heck of a game. Snyder was always a great coach. The cupboard wasn't empty either. Cal had a handful of future NFL players.

The quarterback and the running back fell down untouched the first two plays. Unbelievable. Then the other guy dropped the ball untouched. If they had a good quarterback like they do they year they would have been amazing. Their defense was great in 91.

yeah, looking at his interception in this game and the ones in the rose bowl, seems like he had problems reading defenses at times. Better qb play and less drops by receivers , and they might have been #1 in both polls . Most complete team the Huskies ever had though imo

Cal handled Emtman better than anyone else did that year. SteelBuck, I assume you've seen the 1992 Rose Bowl. If not, you'll enjoy watching Emtman utterly annihilate Michigan's OL. :)

I actually think this Cal team might have been the second best team in the country that year. They had a lot of NFL talent on offense and a very good defense.

Wish he could have stayed healthy. He was recruited as an offensive lineman. He was so fun to watch play. QBs would quit looking downfield & start watching out for him after getting nailed a couple times. He was sick with the flu in the 92 Rose Bowl. I still have my ticket stub from that game, had great seats about 15 rows up on the 40 yd line.
