NICE OLD CAR, IS IT WORTH SPENDING MONEY ON IT. NOT TOO MANY OF THESE IN U PICK JUNK YARDS. YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF FINDING A MINT ONE FOR 5 K . BUT WHERE IS THE FUN IN THAT ? I DROVE THE 91 WITH 350, NICE 93 WITH 305 N F41 SPORT SUSPENSION AND OF COURSE THE 96 LT1 350 ENGINE WAS MY FAvourite one.

Sure is; if the engine and transmission were maintained and not abused, the engines will easily last hundreds of thousands of miles. The old 305s easily can go 500,000, even on old Conventional Oil, just so long as they were maintained.

Looks great for $300, even considering the cosmetic issues and dent. These old 305s are said to last nearly forever if they're not abused from lack of maintenance. You think you should put some fuel injector cleaner through it? It might increase the fuel mileage and engine power just a bit. Amsoil P.I. is what I tend to use maybe every 15,000 - 25,000 miles, since I've had good luck with many of their products. I don't have a direct injection engine, so I don't bother using it sooner. Also, I didn't hear you say you installed any new Power Steering Fluid to clear out the old fluid, but if it's burnt and it stinks, maybe try Seafoam Hydra Trans Tune to clear out any junk that's stuck in the system. I used it in a late 90s Suburban, the cleaner worked very well. ... However, I then had a power steering line rust out on me a few weeks or months later. Oh well.

Heck yeah thanks man. Yes I plan to flush the power steering fluid, I’ll look into using sea foam. I know it’s good stuff. It I wanted to, I could start driving it every day. But I want to a bit more maintenance on it first. It’s a project car. And the motor sounds great man. Thanks for watching man! I’ll keep posting update videos
