The Soule Family is a large ancestral group descended from George Soule, who came to America on the Mayflower in 1620. He was one of the signatory members to the Mayflower Compact. The Soule Family organization held regular "family reunions" to celebrate their shared lineage from the founding stock of the future United States of America.
The Buchholz family of Waupun is descended from George Soule through Eugene, who attended this particular reunion in 1991. He had collected a large box of genealogy records related to the Soule family which has been passed to the current family historian, Jaedon Buchholz.
Recorded by Eugene Buchholz on July 28, 1991. Digitized from a tape labelled "Soule Reunion July 28, 1991" in Eugene's VHS collection.
