I still cant decide if I like the v10 or v12 sound more, but the look of the old v12s is unrivaled in my eyes. Like the end of one generation and the beginning of the next all mashed into one. And how simple the cockpit was. Love it.

I've had the pleasure of beeing in the box at various f1 clienti's events, the 412 t2 is perfection cause it mixes the deep sound of the v12 that can enter your body with the high rpm scream of the v10 ( produced by the fact that it can reach 17.300 rpm with his v12, and usually v12 were a lot below that)

There is a compilation of the ferrari f1 from 1995 with only sound and no image on youtube. You need to hear it with your eyes closed. V12 is the winner but a V10 sound just as sweet 😁

@@msagoo29 I really don't know, you'll have to Google it to learn more. The 1990 640 was a fantastic car, the 1991 641 was so-so (a "truck" in Prost's words), and the 1992 F92A was just a dog.

I remember a Jos Verstappen Orange Arrows trackday where you would feel the engine sound in your chest! When I walked to the track in the morning you could here the gear changes echoing through the sanddunes. I was at Spa qualifying two years ago and the F2 cars were louder then the F1 cars. I was so dissapointed 😞
