I'm not sure that's true. I was there from '92 'till '98, I popped back into the scene a few times after that. The last was from 2008 to 2011. Gurners were always £15 back in the day, but at the parties around 2010 they were £25 and just as good, if not better. The kids were also going harder. My regular sound system kicked off at 6 pm on Friday and shut down at 10 am on Monday. I can't remember any parties in the 90's that made it past Sunday morning. I haven't been for eight years, but I assume it's still the same. The idea that there aren't still parties that are rocking it is just wrong.

From 1992 to 1994 I spent all my money on records and rave tickets that I'm now more thankful than ever for doing that . It took me a long time to learn to mix but concentrating on your style and rattys I now can say I can get much respect from old and new school ravers . Love seeing people close there eyes as make them rush and groove the night away . Nothing has changed for my love for mixing old school .
