This was the best series. People actually owning their trucks not a company owning every truck. The racing was absolutely the best

Man I miss the penda race series. This beats the hell out of the current freak show circus.

Look at the legendary star power in this show, Bear Foot, Taurus, Equalizer, Gravedigger, Bigfoot, Carolina Crusher, Snakebite, all that was missing was USA-1. Damn I miss these days!

Keystone made an appearance at my county fair and later that year when my 4th grade teacher asked the class what a keystone was I immediately raised my hand and answered "a beer". I bet she wondered how a 10 year old knew about beer.

Wow. I never realized the performance and design advancements between '88 and '92. Thats incredible.

Yes monsters were advancing at the speed of light in the early 90s. When BF8 hit the scene it was on. Everybody was updating their chassis to keep up. And they were all unique and everyone was trying different chassis designs. There were no Patrick,crd, choen, etc etc cookie cutter chassis as of yet. BF was computer cad designed, most the others like equalizer, nightmare,taurus and others were designed on a napkin with a pencil. And they all worked pretty well for that era. Every digger chassis back then was different. Nothing like digger of today.

david morris cut that light against bigfoot like a pro. it started and finished with the same distance between them.

Why didn't he?

@@thomasstone7199 I think Denis had a lot going on back then, and breaking your truck could knock you out for weeks, months, and even the rest of the season, it was a much different time back then. It didn't really start to change until the late 90s. Back then I think the only truck who could break and be fixed the next day and be back to racing was Bigfoot which this Bigfoot team was truly the only big corporate team back then aside from Bearfoot snagging the Dodge deal. It was definitely grassroots back then.

Was this Dennis Anderson's one and only appearance in the entire PENDA Points Series? I know Grave Digger ran a few more events, but I think those were all with Lyle Hancock. Also Equalizer's only win on the PENDA Points Series, I think?
@AFellowDoktuh2 жыл бұрын
Grave Digger ran in a lot of races and a lot of Seasons for the Penda points series, but he did a lot of stadium shows.
