He pretty much did exactly what Todd Bodine and Ernie Irvan did in the Talladega race later that year....tail way up in the air, the car rotates and sets back down. All of those incidents surely resulted in a necessary change of underwear lol

I'm an active visitor to racing reference, and I saw a comment that says that Fedewa went over in a similar way to Robert Presley. I can't vouch for authenticity of the claim, but here it is: "...I saw the back end of that 55 car lift up into the air and as the car was lifting higher and higher it yawed to the left, the front end of the car dug into the ground, and then the car did a 360 pirouette before landing on its wheels..."
