1993 Mazda MX-5 Miata LE

I found a few clips that I never edited or posted of my 1993 Mazda Miata LE. This is #129/500 with the factory RHT hardtop. "93LE" was sold in the spring after this was taken. Really nice sunny fall day in Wisconsin, and great for a few redline blasts. That little 1.6L loves to rev, and with the microphone placed right at the mount of the intake, you get a lot of "honk". Taken with a GoPro 3+ Black from multiple angles.

Looking forward to getting one of these this week. Also gonna be getting a ND but im on the fence cause the New Z is coming out aswell. I think the NA and Z would make a good combo but i love the ND2 so glad we live in a time to have Car dilemmas. Seems in 2010-2015 there was nothing on the market for modern Japanese sports cars.

Are you buying an LE like this or an NA Miata? I am always curious of the sequence # of the LE's when being bought! Mine was #129

@@jdd3993 Yes 1993 LE cannot wait. Dont ever plan on parting with it. Its pretty clean besides a few interior and exterior blemishes.

@@curtfox91 Perfect! There is a registry online (Google 93LE Registry) and if the car you're buying is listed the VIN will be there along with the sequence #

Hey how did you find out that your car was #129 out of 500? I am purchasing an LE this weekend that in fact is one of those 500 with factory hardtop.

Use Google and look for the 93-LE registry. It hopefully still exists. You'll need the VIN# to find the sequence #... they've tracked almost every one of them.

Beautiful Car! How does your 93 LE drive compared to your 2016 ND?

Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately, I never drove them back to back. The LE was sold a year before buying the ND. I had an 2013 NC at the time, but that's not a comparison. The NA is light in a very hollow "tinny" way, where as the ND is very light (essentially the same weight) yet feels more substantial at the same time. Modern tech, plain and simple.
