Me, too. Born 1990 but I mostly used to listen to punk rock and metal along with jazz and blues but it's nice to have discovered this music after all of these years. I didn't know anything about drum and bass until my twenties but I'm glad I stumbled upon it.

Also I think a fun story of being an American at this time was not knowing if Cool Hand Flex was a typo and was supposed to be Cool And Flex due to the massive amounts of mistyped or misatteibuted tune and artist names that appeared on stateside compilations...such as Kaotic Kemistry's Illegal Subs being called Space Cakes over on a Moonshine Records compilation etc. Anyway, that was a pointless story but it happened. And now I know it United Jungle Kingdom got that track credit correct.
