They hold them in the chute because there spotting him which means keeping him safe. Because if the bull goes crazy I’m the chute the bull could injure or kill the rider. So they hold them so if the bull does go crazy they can pull them off the bull. I’m a JR Bull rider and I have friends who ride with me one who rides JR bulls and one who ride senior bulls. We all help each other in the chute and even spot each other.

No they're not. They are quite a bit more consistently rank. But not much ranker than some of the greats. Great bulls today go back to bloodlines older than these 90's bulls. You must not know who #624 Wolfman is....you sure as hell dont know who RSC's #16 Oscar is hahahaha.

@@JohnnyRebWasATexan yes I rode bulls and fought bulls as a pro for long time so yeah think I know what I am talking about, ask any pro bull rider that rode years ago and they will say same bulls are much much ranker these days also riders are much better because of the high class of stock...

@@michaelodonnell1707 Is that right ? For which association did you ride in or fight bulls for? I find that hard to believe. I have in fact talked to several bullriders who use to ride in the PRCA,IPRA, and bullriders from the early days of PBR in the 90s and they agree with me. Bulls today are not RANKER. They are more consistently rank. Out of the 25 in the pen 15-20 will drill you. As opposed to 5-10 out of the 25 from back in the day. I find it appalling that you say you fought and rode bulls professionally and didnt blink an eye about what i said referring to Wolfman. Do you even know who owned Wolfman? Do you even know there was a 100 point ride put up on that bull? Have you even heard of RSC's #16 Oscar? I doubt you rode bulls and fought em if you have no idea who those two are. What color was Crooked Nose? Any bullfighter knows.
