I noticed that too, not what I was aiming for though. The packs are usually closer to the mic than I am, that's why the opening of the packs is so loud.

The gold and bronze variants of the Holofoils can only be found in Walmart and Jumbo pack boxes, not in the regular boxes.

I remember the very first chase card I found back in the day was the Punisher Holofoil and the very last one I got to complete the set was Meanstreak, in which my best friend's littlle brother extorted me for a Powerblast to get it and it even had one bad corner. The one I had the most doubles of was Professor X in which there were like 8-9 of them.

I have a couple of big books full of comic cards I collected in the early mid 90s. This set was one of my favorites. I'd like to get back into collecting the new cards but there's no way with how expensive they are.

loked on ebay around 300+ a box, pretty high I had no idea, you made me pull my set and I am about 40 cards short of the signature series but have all the chase and the full regular set, awesome cards, I guess I will have to complete the sig set now thanks alot!

I have a 1994 set including 9 of the 10 foil cards. I'm missing War Machine but I don't know how to tell if I have the bronze or gold ones. They look very similar in ebay listings. Any advice?

The Bronze Holofoils have a distinct red hue to them while the gold ones have a bright yellow hue. The images on tcdb.com are good for comparison.

Bold move rotating that Ravage 2099 by 190 degrees. Trying to maintenance that 10 degree offset from square sounds like a lot of work over time. But anyway, fantastic box break. I really enjoyed your pacing on this one. Nice job on the chase cards as well. Very nice haul!

Base cards are not very expensive, you can find most of them for less than a dollar.

Sorry for the late reply, I missed your comments. A Base set should go for 40-50$, silver Holofoil set for 30-40$ and Powerblast set for 30-40$.
