This was life or death stuff for me as a kid. Going to school the next day feeling on a high. When Arsenal meant the world to me (probably too much). In recent years my support as waned, mainly due to the over-paid, over rated European players we have in our league now. It's just not the same, and they aren't even as good!

L'errore di Zenga fu sul gol, nel finale, per l'Arsenal. I rigori, si sa, sono sempre una lotteria (che il turno precedente contro il Porto, viceversa, aveva premiato NOI).

Bella partita, me la ricordo come se fosse ieri, avete tagliato il pezzo dove Zenga fa "no" col dito dopo aver parato il rigore, mi piacque tantissimo quel gesto. Restando in tema Zenga, fu criticato molto per il gol subito sul finale, si è vero, è stata una leggerezza, ma a mio parere c'è da dire che quello non era un tiro, ma un vero e proprio missile, poi secondo me la visuale di Walter venne anche disturbata da qualche giocatore, per cui non vide bene partire il pallone.
