The dance sport club Schwarz-Gelb Aachen e. V. is a German dance sport club based in Aachen . It was founded in 1968 with 34 members under the name "Tanz- und Gesellschaftsclub Schwarz-Gelb Aachen". The club became particularly well known for its successes in formation dancing in the 1990s. At the 1991 German Championship of Formations, Latin information became German champion for the first time. The following year they repeated this victory and also became world champion for the first time.
The TSC Schwarz-Gelb Aachen is a co-organizer of the annual multi-area tournament Tanzen im Dreiländereck , which is organized together with other Aachen dance sports clubs.
In 1970 their first own clubhouse with a dance floor of 70 m² was occupied. After moving to their second clubhouse with a dance floor of 160 m², the German S-class championships in the standard category were held on November 6, 1982. In 1988, the number of members was around 350. On January 1, 1990, the former clubhouse with a dance floor of around 650 m² was occupied by 500 members in Charlottenstraße. Overall, the clubhouse had a size of 1200 m².
In mid-1990 the club exceeded 600 members for the first time.
In 1985, the standard formation was promoted to the Bundesliga. Two years later, this was also achieved by the club's Latin information.
Since 2016, the TSC has moved into its own new clubhouse on Professor-Wieler-Straße with two large dance halls and 484 m² of parquet flooring.
In a joint press release dated November 28, 2011, the board members of the Aachener TSC Blau-Silber and the TSC Schwarz-Gelb Aachen declared that they were aiming for a merger of the two clubs in 2012.
On February 25, 2012, the general meetings of both associations approved the merger.
Trainers of the standard tournament department are the coaching team Andreas Lippok, Valentin Lusin , Christa Fenn and Ronald Zimmermann. The coaches of the Latin tournament dancers are Stefan Erdmann and Dirk Neisius.
The formation department is headed by Holger Reißer, who also trains the A-Team. He is responsible for the musical and choreographic implementation. The B team is coached by Laura Bülles and Nils Reißer.

The Kurhaus is a spa resort, casino, and conference complex in Baden-Baden, Germany in the outskirts of the Black Forest.
The main structure was designed in 1824 by Friedrich Weinbrenner, who is responsible for the Corinthian columns and paired-griffins frieze of the grand entrance and the neo-classical interiors. Although a casino was incorporated from the inception of the Kurhaus, it only began to achieve international fame in the mid-1830s, when gambling was forbidden in France. This legal barrier encouraged gamblers to cross the border where they could try their luck at Baden-Baden's gaming tables. Fyodor Dostoyevsky's The Gambler was inspired by the Russian author's visit to the Kurhaus casino. At one point in her life, Marlene Dietrich declared that this was "the most beautiful casino in the world."
