My daily driver is a 1992 Suzuki super carry. Love that little beast.

I recently picked up my 1996 4WD Hijet at the Newport News Marine Terminal. It has the TwinCam 12 valve engine (two more HP... woot!) and the HI/LO transfer case. Your Hijet has goofy low miles. The clutch was blown in my Hijet but otherwise it's in very good shape for being almost 27 years old. It was a good deal for $265... plus $1935 to ship it, plus $500+ to install a new clutch, plus.... I've been doing procrastinated maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Can't wait to get the clutch parts from Japan so I can start driving it.

Hey, Newport News… we’re neighbors. I’ve seen one or two of these around town. I’d love to own one.

Why don't we take both of the truck up to river Rd just across the nc / sc state line. It's a dirt Rd that runs along side the north pacolet river I'll bring my camcorder on the tripod for a video

You can start in second in most kei trucks pretty easily(empty and on flat ground of course) without roasting the clutch.

High chances the odometer has been tampered before reaching the States. 11000 miles is too low for a 27 year old truck.

You have to understand that these small kei trucks are driven in small country sides in Japan and nearby countries
