1996 Mercruiser 3.0 Ground Start

This engine has 81 hours on it and runs like a champ. Good oil pressure and holds a temp of 175. Ready to frop in. Turn key

could you please tell me how you wired that Mercruiser 3.0 to run on the ground. I would appreciate it. I have a 1993 Mercruiser 3.0 that I need to test start and run a while before I put her back in. I cant find any information on how to do this, thanks
