@@IYC0370 I think he'd written a "review" if that's what you can even call it, back in 1995... for some publication. He essentially categorised the entire album as a typical "gangster posturing" effort and wrote it off as mediocre, despite it being a record breaking album which knocked Bruce Springsteen (one of the most popular artists of the time) off the top of the Billboard chart, and even kept The Eagles' Greatest Hits and Hootie and the Blowfish (2 more hugely popular American bands) off the number 1 position. All this achieved with minimal promotion and marketing as Interscope was not backing Tupac before he was sentenced to prison in 95, and he was a "persona non grata" in the Hip Hop atmosphere during that time due to his multiple beefs with gangs up and down the country (e.g. Milwaukee GD gang trying to kill him and Spice 1 during their performance). Back in 95 The Source gave Me Against The World a 4 mics rating ("Slammin"), more recently they revised that to the max 5 mics rating ("certified classic").

Nah Wayne would've linked with Death Row. Baby went to Suge for a deal with Cash Money in the 90s which is how Lil Wayne linked up with guys(I can't remember the names) from LA & became a Blood in the first place. Timbaland & Missy would've linked with Pac too and done some collabs as they were working with DeVonte and Jodeci. You can hear Ginuwine on Danny Boys "slip n slide" chorus too.
