Your video led to my purchase of this fine instrument. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Happy, happy with how the bass sounds and plays. What was a surprise is the outstanding build quality. These basses come up for sale fairly regularly at around $1200. At anything around that price this bass is a steal.

I love my '97 Custom Shop Jazz Deluxe 4 string. I still get comments like "wow", "best Jazz Bass I've ever heard", "best bass I've ever heard"," best bass I've ever played", all of which I whole heartily agree with. Most of the credit goes to the Suhr pick ups and the on board preamp. It's the only electric bass that I play,
