Hi KTN93 im curious about the engin mods, can you give me more info on that. Is your vehicle manual or auto.. Lastly how is this kia's doing in aus 4x4ing wise, underdog or not?
@KTN93youtube3 жыл бұрын
I've had a few sportages, this one is manuel, goes alright, I have had a few autos which aren't too bad, also turboed an auto which was alright. As far as mods go nothing special, just work with the space you have. Definitely an underdog for the bigger stuff but if it's tight tracks and beach or jungle they go hard and fast. At the same time I've shyed away from them now because of fuel economy, if you're towing anything your fuel economy will be cut in half, especially when your rolling with bigger tyres and all that, overseas they have a diesel version which would be a dream!

@@KTN93youtube is there a specific reason for the straight pipe from the air box to intake were you removed the vacuum reservoir and what sensor or valve is installed next to the battery in the video?
@KTN93youtube3 жыл бұрын
@@daniesteytler6847 no specific reason and it's the factory MAF sensor

Hey bruddha man, whats the air filter system and Radiator system in this bad boy?
@KTN93youtube3 жыл бұрын
Standard air filter ( so cheap ) and 3 core alloy radiator though I wouldn't go alloy again due to vibrations and leaks

What cooling system would you recommend I look into? Griffin thermal ? Misimoto?
@KTN93youtube3 жыл бұрын
I would go radiator shop and tell them to fit the biggest one they can in the space you have, I've never had a sportage run hot and I went back to to standard radiator
