I have a 99 scrambler 400 4x4. It’s red and white. I would LOVE to have some yellow plastics. Or sucks that nobody sells aftermarket plastics for them to change the color

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with mine cleaned gas tank carb air box and filter has new plug and wire has good spark and compression but won't start

Lonnie Yancdy Sounds like some kind of fuel issue. Engine isn't getting fuel somehow. Leaking lines? Maybe you put the carb back together incorrectly, or forgot to put a piece back in. If it has spark and compression, the only thing it could be is fuel delivery.

Spark, fuel, and compression make an engine run. Put the plug in and try to start the engine without the plug wire. Than take the plug out and see if the plug is wet. Also do the leakdown test

What about fuel to the cylinder. That is what I was explaining.

Lonnie Yancdy Check the carb over once more, then check the fuel line that goes from the carb too the engine for any issues.

Brandon, not sure if you still have the quad or not, but could you tell me what you have as far as jetting? I have a 97 Scrambler 400 with an HPD trail pipe and VM38 that I'm trying to get dialed in. Yours sounds mean as hell by the way! Love it!

They are pretty much the same. Bike bandit has the best diagrams for finding parts if you need them.
