This brings back memories. Hard to believe this is coming up on 25 years! I was stoked when flatland was included in the X games for the first time.

Almost got emotional watching this. Was just 14 when this was aired. Most x games athletes then wer my heroes. 25 years later. Times flies. Enjoy your life. Do want you want.

I was so excited when l first saw this and like a little kid. And l was ha ppy for flatland despite the general public not quite comprehending it. Yeah 25 years has just flown by but riding's still fun.

I met Trevor several years ago in Austin while he was traveling with the dyno gt stunt show. He is such a cool-humble dude. He let me ride his bike and when he told me how much it costs I quickly got off of it. I wasn’t about to do anything to damage a $750 bike. LoL. He autographed a shirt for me but I lost it in one of my dozen moves over the course of a decade

Great footage. The tv commentary was so ridiculous

Jesus....Ending his run right on the buzzer with a smith decade - after this endless combo. Bumping that tire at the end shows his relief and satisfaction. We ´ve heard stories about him "stealing", copying stuff vom Kev, Ch but I feel that he simply loves to ride and the audience sees it in his style and commitment to the sport. Ride on, Robot.

from 95 to early 97 I was riding flat in Los Angeles. Met Eddie Fiola, Jesse Puente, Shawn, Day, Allien Landen and Andreas Tschuck, but mainly lived the streetlife as a soulrider. Never even heared of Trevor and the other guys then. BMX can beam you into another sphere....

Trying to sell flatland to the great public has always proved awkward. It's similar to trying to make the general public dig Kraftwerk or any other avant garde artist of sorts. I appreciate the fact that someone in production spent time writing that apparently deep dialogue, but it came out cornier than cereal. Faris killed this event! Trevor riding to Yello's "Oh Yeah" was fun to see. Dialed for sure. the opposite footed pinky squeaks to opposite spinning gerator was a sweet ending there. "The rolling, rising applause, of awestruck, appreciative warmth..." Golden. I was expecting Norman from Reality Bites to step in the studio at any given moment.

Trevor deserves alot of respect. If you're a rider I'll bet that atleast %60 of the tricks you do were invented by this guy. In a way he was a huge part of inventing this style of riding. Respect.

I had this on tape, too. I think I watched it every day after school to get pumped up. I had this, a copy of a B3 comp and Rad on VHS. They were all so motivational.
