I do agree with that. Because AJ is a unfit father because he is a alcoholic and he could stumble and hurt Michael by dropping him while stumbling and that's why. Because you can't say AJ loved Michael knowing full well that AJ kidnapped Michael and faked his death and that's why.

Yeah Jason is the chosen father, they can also remove AJ's name as the biological father and put Jason's name on paper as the biological father. Because that is perfectly legal to do that.
