I can see why Jason chose Carly's side. Carly is his friend, AJ is nothing to him. If AJ had never said he was going to take Michael from Carly and keep her out of his life, the whole thing would have been different. He didn't want Carly to have her baby taken from her and his hate for the manipulation, crimes and insanity of the Quartermaine house made him make the choice.

Jason wanted to tell the truth about Michael but Carly stopped him she was a con woman she knew how to play Jason a lot because she know that Jason loves Michael and would do everything/anything for him

It amaze me how Jason allows Carly to use him all the time.

See Jason should’ve did the right thing to tell AJ about Michael because he had a right to know his son had been kidnapped and not listen to Carly at all back then.
