1998 Lincoln Navigator No heater No Ac No blower motor Fix repair fuse ,blower motor relay location

1998 Lincoln Navigator, check all fuses under the hood and under the driver side dashboard. Fuse for the heater control is under the dashboard right side 3rd one on the right 10 amp(red). The relay for the blower motor is located under the driver side dashboard. two relays on the middle side of the dashboard .Also, show how to use relay
