1998 PBA National Championship Entire Telecast

The date was February 21st, 1998! The Pro Bowlers' Association hosted the finals of the National Championship tournament at Ducat's Imperial Lanes! Marshall Holman and Mike Bush are your play by play announcers. The bowlers featured here are the late Jimmy Johnson Jr, Mike Aulby, Tom Baker, David Ozio, and Pete Weber!

I went to this tourney. My least favorite bowler is Pete Weber. I sat in the back by the announcers. The next week I went back up there and I was asked to leave cause I was being to hard on the pins.

I like the crowds back then. Loose, not afraid to make some noise. They golf clap splits and misses to be pc or something, these days. I miss a good OHHHHH when there's a miss.

Shaun, he can afford it after winning the 2004 world championship. Actually, he's not trying to hide it nowadays. I bowled with him two years ago at a PBA50 tournament and you could not meet a nicer down to earth gentleman.
