Completely legal back then and the hooking through the video is fun to watch. Today it would have been whistle city. Also look at the goalies and the names. The league was way different. Today is speed, speed, speed and play making. It is fun to watch but not as fun as the war on ice which it used to be. 50 goals in 50 games used to be a thing. Not in 2017.

close, yes but honestly it was a race in the late 80s/early 90s between a few players. Different league today, just different style. Not worst or better different. I liked the rough/tough/grabbing hockey as those with skills needed enforcers to make room for them to do their thing. It was amazing to watch.

Simple, He did not end as a Wing as most fans would have wanted. I agree, he should be up there but realistically how many can we retire? I think they are done for awhile including not putting 13 or 40 up. Just my opinion. I believe Dat's and Z should be but will not be. Ozzy should be in the Hall but is not. Life.
