Shri Mataji explains the 'Witness State' and 'Let Go, Let God'. Free Attention instead of attachment, which causes diseases. "We suffer because everybody feels responsible for others. All these things are worrying them and thinking about it all the time causes diseases. At that note we have to leave it to God. At that point if it goes to God it will manage, it will solve the problem. Spiritual Attention instead of attachment solves problems People don't have good attention because it is focused on someone all the time and think that it is their responsibility. One has to rise up into that state where you do not react, get angry, annoyed or upset. If you are attached and you see a problem you are part and parcel of that problem and cannot solve it. Only if you are detached can you solve it. All attention has to be always free and can be applied widely, that is the state of mind one has to reach. We leave everything in the hands of God, give the whole thing to God and let God solve the problem."

@@065kunal Luckily I got my self realization March 2009 and helped teach Sahaja Yoga for free in the Toronto Public Library for 9 years. I also found a Holy Gail of a process in a 6 minute Shri Mataji KZbin video 1 year ago and it instantly shifted me and I have been living in profound ' Established Thoughtless Awareness' ever since then. It is the best thing that ever happened to me in my long life. Now I live In The Moment Now, connected to God who guides and enlightens me with impulses, guidance, insight, blessings, healing in the moment now daily.

Sorry sir / Madam, You are wrong. You opinion is NOT universally correct. FIRST point -- Deification of spiritual masters can be done WHEN AND ONLY WHEN the said master is either an AVATAR ( Incarnation of some God / Adi Guru ) or JEEVAN-MUKHTA ( a soul , which is Liberated while living on this planet ). You can , in fact , you must completely surrender to such master, NO BLUNDER WHATSOEVER ; In that case, attention as well as SURRENDER to such Jeevan Mukhtas or Incarnations like Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi IS NOT WRONG at all ; on the contrary, IT IS THE BEST TIP for Liberation / Mukhti. At that state, there is NO OBJECT separately , NO SUBJECT separately but ONE and the UNIFIED BEING, you know. Thus, in the case of Adi Shakti Mataji , you opinion is incorrect and wrong. However....................... SECOND POINT -- Your conclusion / opinion is certainly valid and correct in case of NON-JEEVAN-MUKHTAS like present Sankaracharya or Pope or so-called swamijis like Ravi Sankar , Jaggi Vasudev etc.
