I always thought they should have made a deal before things got screwed up. Carly shouldn't have did her stupid plan to marry Aj. Her and Jason should have went for custody. Aj should have gotten partial custody. They all could have worked out some agreement.

Jason shouldn't go along with AJ after finding out he torched his warehouse and frankly he should have went and had him arrested for it. If the situation was reversed AJ would have had Jason arrested for doing something to make him look bad.

@LG541 When it went to court Jason got partial custody that he later gave up for Michaels best intrest so that AJ and Carly got full custody... But it was later when AJ started to threaten Carly to take Michael away from her that Jason found the arsonist and provided Sonny with the evidence that AJ payed someone to torch their warehouse to get Carly and Michael out of the Qs estate...
