I looked this up because I'm buying a 1999 Toyota Rav4 2wd. Buying it from my great grandpa. He bought it he was gonna flip it but there's not slot of work needed on it. Just simple servicing snd some cleaning since the original owner was kinda a slob. I'm buying it for 1600. Only thing it really needs is fluids checked, new tires and probsbly the 100k mile service most cars get. In order for that though I'm selling my 1990 Ford F-250 Lariat 460 v8. Kinds don't wanna sell it, love the truck, but I know that with the Toyota rav4's and YJs the gas mileage is good. Alot better compared to a big heavy pickup lol.

i haver a r4L 4d 200k+ on it and it just got alot fixed for 2600 and i got it for 2100 so it runs great and hope to have it for a while

when my grandpa died i got his 1996 rav 4. sadly its not the facelifted version yet so i lack a lot of benefits like the cup holders and the updated headlights and bumper :/

I know this video is older but I hope you kept that 96. I have a 96 base model and I freaking love it. I solved the cup holder problem by going on ebay and getting a cup holder that converts a single to a double. It was still a little awkward to use though so I bought the cup holder out of a 98 or 99 that fits into the dash and had my mechanic put it in for me. Easy peasy and now I have 4 cup holders!
