This shows the IDs and feature presentation bumpers of movie channels that are mainly premium across the world during the 1980s. Not a lot than I expected, but still worth seeing!

21:40 May I, from Santiago de Chile, correct this? Personally, I wasn’t expecting Cable Cine to appear xd. However, it’s worth noting that Showbiz (its successor, focused more on entertainment-esque themes) was later replaced by Vive Deportes and is currently just called Vive.

I wonder where i can find HBO's Brazilian variant, as i'm from Brazil. Btw, Cable networks only became to surge starting in 1991 with channels like "Telecine" (which if it came out 2 years earlier, it would be here with the others, but alas. Btw, that's Rede Globo's own "Showtime" or "HBO", one of their first alongside 4 others in their Globosat service, and it's still strong to this day after getting divided into multiple channels specifically focused on genres or eras)

That's the DTMF tones, in which they changed from one channel to the next. HTN shares with The Learning Channel, now known as TLC

If you saw the launch day recording on KZbin (which i just checked), the long version of TV6's ident has the same theme as the one used while the president of Turner Broadcasting was welcoming viewers to TNT (The logo seen here was the launch one, unsurprisingly).

Telecine, and Globosat, only began operations in 1991. Sure, Globo has some high budget for high quality logos, but no Brazilian network had the idea to export the Cable Television system until in the early 90s.
