He said the buyers for HQ in Conway made him an offer that he could not refuse. This new way where he stores inventory and just ships out cuts all administration costs and many other expenses. He apparently lives in a church on the coast.

I disagree. He's absorbing risk & has overhead big-time. If the seller had been a bit more aggressive, Drew would have been pursuaded.
