Dimash started singing at the age of 5 when his grandmother was told that he had perfect pitch . Dimash has been studying music all his life. As of now he has a 7 octave range or very close to it. He was born on May 24 1994 he is 29 as of now. Also he is 6’3” he doesn’t look that tall but he is. Also single as for as we know Dimash is VERY PRIVATE about his private life.

SOS is not originally Dimash’s song, but he has made it his own. The song pre-dates Dimash’s birth and is originally French Canadian. Dimash is from Kazakhstan and he does compose beautifully as well, but chooses to perform mostly meaningful music (side note: not sure how meaningful Be With Me or Power Rangers theme song are, but they are fun performances from Dimash!). This is a cover of a French song from the French Opera "Starmania. Talk about holding a note and vibrato, you need to watch "Sinful Passion." or "Stranger", Your Love", or better still, Olympico. I love your quests' reactions and comments. He is young but knowledgeable about music.....and he is a cutie. I still like to watch the expressions on your face. Even though you have heard this song many times, you still seem to be amazed. Thanks again, and I hope you have this guest back again for more of Dimash. A little FYI, Dimash began piano lessons at the age of 3 and started music school at the age of 5. He now has several degrees with a Ph.D. in music composition, and still does vocal training for 3-5 hours a day every day. He made a statement during an interview that since he was 2 or 3, he has never wanted to do anything else but sing.

One half of this reaction of Dimash was quite sincere and meaningful (with good musical knowledge), while the other half was obviously uncaring, meaningless and full of nonsense! Dimash is a 'jaw dropping' major phenom of the musical world. He's professionally trained with all the educational backup, and what he has developed is beyond incredible; in fact, it is outer-worldly! I am a trained singer myself (now retired), and I am 'in awe' of this magnificent talent. And as already mentioned in comments below, you haven't seen or heard anything yet, as his other vids will clearly show. He's a singing sensation who is also a 'well-polished' performer (who owns 'any stage' he is on). With Dimash, it's all musical magic! Singing is subjective, I would say he's the greatest vocalist of our time....maybe ever. His range,control and ability to bring emotion to his performances is unparalleled. Vocalization has parameters, singing voice is more preferential

His first digital music album "ID" went platinum in only 37 seconds after release, and 3x platinum in only one hour, and 5x platinum in only one day on Chinese music platforms In December 2019, he made his US debut in New York at the Barclays Center. Dears (those he calls his fans) traveled from 68 different countries, 43 states & 2 US territories, and was sold out. Now writing his Doctoral thesis for a PhD in Musicology/ Composing, received all his degrees with honors while simultaneously filling arenas and maintaining his performing career, a first!
