Ive been looking at the wiki, this is false. It's been revealed recently that yes, it causes pain, but that's when she uses somebody else's quirk, usually improperly as she doesn't have much knowledge to use it. However, a cup of blood gives her about 18 hours of transform time.

That should be enough information to realise that Endeavor doesn't treat his family well, especially with how smart Izuku is. They know Dabi and Toga in the video so It has to be after the training camp which happened after the sprts festival. Sorry, it just really gets under my skin so I end up writting a lot to prove my point 😅
