Not the right way for the new Silverado... complicate it if you must... but for those looking to do it with no tools... just open the glove box, empty it, pinch the center off the box walls to release the box from the dash, then there is an opening that exposes a door to the filter. Gently Uncl the left clip, slide the panel to the left and presto! The hardest part was replacing the absorber... remove it from the box assembly and put it back onto the knob it change off of, put the door back on, and before closing the door, attach the absorber shaft to the knob on the door assembly.

I installed it, but after I did, when I turn the ac on, I heard the blower motor sound a little noise

1A Auto Parts ok on my understanding most of the trucks or cars doesn’t comes with a filter but there’s a opening that we have to cut so we can install it!
