I think the reason why he clears out outside is because most Timmy's are outside and not pushing the bunker (ratting) basically weeding out not so skilled players then once it's cleared the inside of the bunker is most likely dead (pro) skilled players and most of them already ran out of heals surges which advantageous to him have most resources. Just my guess though

@@1ceStream Well the reason I think of this is because most skilled (pro) players really rush the bunker cause of the free safes and possible red items or PvP Galore unlike outside which is a long range (snipe) heaven inside bunker are more CQC in an enclosed space.
