Skate4me was originally started as a way to share my journey of learning to rollerskate and ramp skate on quad’s, after learning I was an alcoholic and all round poor excuse for a human I had no choice but to put down the drink, deal with the grief I had spent 7 years hiding from after the death of my mother and to try my best to be a better human, father and example for my daughter.
After 6 months being sober I decided to make this vlog as it is a tool I wish I had during my early sobriety, this is where the #soberholic ideal was born
It is possible to be happy sober.
Life is better without alcohol.
Addiction can be beaten.
It is possible to forgive yourself.
