I think aunty is always defending the use of oil and ghee. She’s so sweet I feel people have criticised her for using oil and ghee but it’s just the way she cold which makes thefood tasty. People can use the amount of oil they are comfortable in

She is from Jodhpur. And we dont find oil, ghee and dry fruits unhealthy 😆😆.. even if someone cuts on it, even a kid will reject the food... If we don't see oil/ghee floating above the curries, our dish is not complete. 😀😀😀
