to everyone who's studying with this music: checklist: • a bottle of water, at least 1 liter. your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate 🌼 • your charger. you sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time 🍙 • your headphones . you will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises . also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone ☕ • a tea or coffee . coffee keeps you awake, and green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well . ☁ • your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need .🕯 • anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy ? 📎 reminder: after an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break . open your window, even if it's cold outside. fresh air will make it better, trust me . 🐑 you could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast . or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. you can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book . 🕊 i hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too . remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight ! 🦢

Im on the 10th grade now, and i can say that it is very exhausting. i can tell, that 10th grade is pretty much different from other grade levels specifically on high school. At the very first quarter, it is already exhausting as it is and as what i have expected at the very beginning. Im not very surprised tbh since this is what i already expected and i know this is going to be extra hard since its the last year of high school. I really need to be focused on studies since im a top student with higher honors. I need to work hard in able to fulfill my dream of becoming a Med student (medtech). Its actually pretty hard since i need to meet the expectations of poeple. I am expected to be always on top and to be a top student. It's pretty hard to be always at the top, Cause only if i fail ''ONCE'', people will judge me and be under the impression that im dumb just because i failed once. Academic failure has always been one of my biggest fear in my whole life. I was pressured, exhausted and scared at the same time that if i fail, i wouldn't only fail as a student, but as a daughter, and as a human being. Im scared that if i drop once, i dont think i am able to get up since i am too lassitude to even care on getting up. At the same time, i know senior high school would be more extra harder than this. I am already prepared as what i am. Im already used of getting pressured and not wanting to detoriate or forsake. Im torn on being quandary or problematic in my whole existence. Seems like i have both of them.
