That's a great compliment, thank you. Since these are all my favorite songs I am simply making the mixes I would want to hear as a listener. I have my own process, much of which I will keep private for now, but I will admit to a few. I like to layer-in modern synthesizers, drums, and bass, but most often keep the original instrument layers so that it does not stray too much from the original listening experience. Both the old and new instrument layers are refined through EQ and compression to help them mix together properly. So to sum it up, I do take some minor creative liberties with them but try to still keep it vintage, only making the vintage sound more modern. Thanks for listening.

Hi-Speed was my favourite map as a child, magic memories were made in that place. The first AS map I completed, and the first I learnt to speedrun. Seeing such a good homage for it is magical, thanks as always.

It was my favorite assault map too. The turrets always made it pretty hard to be on the offensive but the shield belt always helps. It's one of the coolest maps in the game I think, even just aesthetically.

Glad you dig it. It's straight up stock UT in 1920x1080 so should be pretty standard. One thing you might be noticing is that I cranked up the field of view for certain shots here to get a wider view, allowing more in the camera frame. So the game still looks beautiful as ever in 2023!
