In a nutshell, privacy policy is actually a small set of information surrounded with a huge blob of boilerplate text that conveys no additional information. And you pay to generate the parametrized boilerplate part just to make bureaucrats happy.

Hi, can i change privacy policy for an updated app? I want to add new features to my app and i dont know if privacy policy will be an issue. it already has installs

yes, you can edit/ update the privacy policy with iubenda. It will simply change the "last updated" date at the bottom. If you record the users acceptance of your privacy policy (which isn't required) then you should have users re accept the new policy.
