1Minute Moment: Birdsong Prayer - Singing Your Truth

Minutes shared with a songbird. These past few weeks immersed in nature has been especially calming, grounding and restful. I have heard the birds in a way that I normally don't; meaning, I hear them communicating all day long and each has a distinct voice. I want to listen to them, as each is so distinctly beautiful and patterned. Like us, they must sing their own unique song; their song of truth must be shared. Unlike us, they do not hesitate, or worry once about what others may think. They are pure.
To be our most truthful honest selves; what a relief it is. To speak truth, what a relief it is. To return to the heart of love - event just for a minute - what a relief it is.
This week I saw an Oriole, a very rare orange bird to see. It symbolizes "the worse is over".
Today I saw a true bluebird, also rare to see. It reminds us that joy is what we are really looking for. Yes, joy.
