Olive oil.
2 potatoes.
Fry for 10-15 minutes on high/medium heat.
2 eggs.
add salt. and pepper
cover with a plate and let stand 15 minutes.
Olive oil.
Fry over high heat for about 1 minute.
Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
