Where is the knee strike (i think Dragon Lee calls it Incinerator) in which the devs told us he would remove his knee pad in order to do it?

@@TheyCallMeTHE101 As i think he needs sometime to remove the knee pad, i would probably guess it would be a Corner vs Grounded opponent. He used that move a lot in NXT, kinda weird that it wasn't featured here.

And where is the move for dragon lee they explained he lowers his knee pad which i thought would be the Incinerater yet nowhere to be found here? An why is one called operation dragon 1? where is the other numbers then? 7 Wrestlers and this is the best they could do for dlc..just bring back the damn moves packs because this is ridiculous.
