①合わせ調味料を作っておく 砂糖小さじ1/2 醤油・鶏ガラの素・オイスターソース・酒 各小さじ1 塩コショウ ラー油2滴 お水150ml ②ボウルに卵3個、割いたカニカマ1本分、青ネギ、塩を加えて混ぜる ③フライパンに油大さじ1〜2を加えてしっかり温めたら、卵液を加えて混ぜる →ひっくり返して裏側にも火が通ったら 卵をご飯の上に乗せる ④卵を焼いたフライパンに合わせ調味料を入れ沸騰させる、このタイミングでごま油小さじ1/2と生姜チューブを1cm弱加える ⑤沸騰したら火を止めて水溶き片栗粉を大さじ1加える→少しとろみがついたらもう一度火にかけて30秒ほど混ぜる お好みのとろみになればok ⑥卵の上から餡をかけて完成!✨ ① Prepare the combined seasonings 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon each of soy sauce, chicken stock, oyster sauce, and sake Salt and pepper 2 drops of chili oil 150ml water ② Add 3 eggs, 1 split crab stick, green onion, and salt to a bowl and mix ③ Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to a frying pan and heat thoroughly, then add the egg mixture and mix → Turn over and once the other side is cooked, place the egg on top of the rice ④ Add the combined seasonings to the frying pan in which the eggs were cooked and bring to a boil, at this point add 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil and just under 1cm of ginger tube ⑤ Once it boils, turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of water-dissolved potato starch → Once it thickens a little, turn it back on the heat and mix for about 30 seconds Once it reaches the desired thickness, it's ok ⑥ Pour the bean paste over the eggs and it's done! ✨
