Nice I just purchased the same car so what did you do to make it handle better?

All I did on mine was put the soft tires on the rear and scuffed them with sand paper to get the shininess off and I added a small shock shim on the left rear and right front shocks so the Bias stayed the same. I have recently gotten the threaded shock bodies for it I just haven't installed them yet. I am probably gonna just get a 2nd shock set for them because rules are different at different tracks, so if they are not allowed on Box Stock at 1 track I can just switch out all 4 shocks back to the box stock ones.

Note to you: dont run on cold concrete unless you want to slide uncontrollably

Yeah I haven't tried it on concrete we only run them on carpet or RCP

I just got on as well, handled really loose. Put on soft tires, max camber and added some spacers in springs, Really improved handling.

yeah I just went to the high grip tires on mine and it is running great got TQ and finished 2nd a couple weeks ago at my last race, should have won lol, driver mistake cot me 1st place

So I just picked up one of these cars and someone put in spacers on the right side of the car I’m thinking about taking them all out to get a neutral setting but just wondering if you run any in yours and what tires and would you recommend using a regular with the lipo battery?

@@kylekallies3381 i don’t run the spacers on mine I run the 1rc adjustable shocks on mine in case I ever have to adjust the bias on the car but to this point I have never had to. As far as tires it depends on what surface you are running on. We run ours locally on an RCP track and use the soft tires on them. If you are running on carpet the soft tires may give you too much traction. There are times that I run a soft left front tire and a firm right front tire to eliminate push in the corners. Best thing to do if you are gonna be racing ask the other drivers at the track most of them will be more than willing to help you and advise you with what works best for the track

@@John-o5g8s if you are gonna run oval it is probably the best you can get in the smaller scale. We race ours on rcp tracks just like the mini z’s
