the fact that changbin lost is actually absurd and kind of hilarious like.. for the singing, whoever was better is debatable (i do think changbin was still a better vocal, he has a such a beautiful and unique tone) but when it came to the rapping part changbin nailed it with ease. YDG was awkward when he rapped, he lacked precision and put the emphasis on weird parts, while changbin knew exactly how and what to emphasize. this is truly proof of korean mainstream media still barely understands the art of rap and hip hop culture. it's also part of the reason changbin is so so underapprciated. smfh. o k rant over im sorry but changbin deserves more.

I agree 100% with you. Ydg rap sounds a bit awkward (honestly i never would have thought that he's a rapper just by watching this one performance) but it does sound very close to the original song. His personal style seems to be very similar to the original song. Probably because both Ydg and the song are a bit older. Changbins rap style is very unique and when you know the song it may sound weird. But i didn't know the song before so Changbins rap sounded better to me.
