OK so for those from HoloTalk, I guess the name of AZKi can be interpreted as the following: the lyrics at 0:51, means that "From the start, till the end, the me that is always small, is always afraid of this world" (はじめからおしまいまで きっとちいさなわたし...世界に怯えている) Now "A" is the first letter of the alphabet and "Z" is the last one, so that's pretty self-explanatory. and the "i" in AZKi is in small case, so it refers to "the me that is always small". I'm not really sure about the K, it may stand for Kimi (You) as you have "Beside U" at 2:15 but it may also stand for "Kitto" (always) in "always afraid of this world" but that's up to your decision. The clever thing is, is you pronounce "AZKi" in Japanese it would sound like "Azuki" (アズキ). In the Japanese pronunciation, there is always the "U" sound after the Z (because that's how Japanese works out). So "AZKi" needs "U" (you) to be complete, and thus the name of this song is "Without U", because the name AZKi misses out a U. In Summary, AZKi = From the start till the end, the me that is always so small, needs you. Please point out if anything is inaccurate!

The name of this album is... pretty clever IMO. lol. So, if you don't know, if you say "AZKi" in katakana, it will become "Azuki" which means red beans (which is a part of her theme). But her name is "Azki", not "Azuki", without the letter "U". So... It's "Without U". Well, at least, that's what I think the name of this album is referring to.

I appreciate that the captions for this song have a version that is just Hiragana/Katakana. I took a semester of Japanese a long time ago so I can make out some of the words, but I can’t read kanji because I never learned it (my fault, I know). Most of the time I am looking at captions for a song in Japanese and Kanji is just an expectation so I can’t use them. But I can kind of read along with this.
