In owc 2019 his performance was second best behind idke’s, and in solo there still was Shige and idke aswell putting out great scores. In 2020 he was basically far ahead of anyone. Best performer by very far in owc2020 and in solo almost all of his scores are either super hard, or impossible to snipe x) In my opinion FlyingTuna is the second best currently in the world but I still think there is a gap between those two. He was the best in 2019 but not by that far compared to now :)

In this case the the part is 240 bpm rather than 220 like most of the rest of the song so the mapper set up a kiai there. You can tell a kiai part apart from the rest of the map by the circles having a flash effect on beat and if you don't use full dim the background will also flash slightly at least when the kiai starts, I don't know the exact system since I have had full dim for 7 years on main client.
