As a former dealer, you have to hetva read on the players. Most of the time less talk is more tips. However, if the player is winning, they tend to get friendlier and will talk more. If the player is losing, best to keep quiet.

its the weirdest dealing for this game ive ever seen., this is my go to game have won 6 figures. and have never seen it dealt like this. the dealers cards are always dealt after the tables. here its burn one turn the flop burn one turn,river. burn one then the dealers hand
