Profriends should be named ANTIFRIENDS. The turn over of our unit is supposed to be on January 1, 2020. They've been inconsiderate with our payment scheme during the pandemic and charge a penalty fee per day when we got delayed on our payment. It's all about the money, that's the core if their business.
They scheduled first house inspection on December 2020 and as you can see on the video, there's still a lot to fix (DELAYING TACTIC). We're not getting the best value out of the money we're paying them.
Worst developer in the Philippines. They have a good marketing strategy but their service 100% sucks. Even some of their sales representatives (example is our slaes agent) were not trained enough on the importance of POST-SALES service. After selling the unit, they don't care about the buyer.
Their CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks. No one answered emails and their CSR don't know how to handle complaints or issues. Nothing ever gets resolved.
And for our 2nd Home inspection, schedule would be in April 25, 2021.
1 year and 4 months delayed turnover. Worst developer ever.
